Our cuisine emphasizes fresh ingredients and regional specialties. Come and enjoy an unforgettable dinner overlooking the hotel courtyard. After dinner, you can taste the delicacies displayed in a glass case right in the restaurant. Have your choice of Italian cured hams imported directly from Italy sliced on a Van Berkel hand-cutting machine, or enjoy pickled cheeses with chilli and vegetables, or duck breast confit in lard and other selected delicacies.
